Welcome to the Web Site of the Rotary Club of Alexandria, VA

Over the past 82 years, we have distiquished ourselves in many ways. Right now we have 141 members and 30 of them are ladies, and seven  honorary members. We also have six members who have over 50 years service and are still very active. We had the largest money making event "Taste For Giving" and we made over $35,000.00. At Christmas time last year we made over $17,000.00 for ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. This year we got stuck with one of the largest snow storms that have hit this area in years. The latest count is just over $11,000.00. Not as good as last year but acceptable.

This year 2010 our club collected just from members $8,621.00 for Haiti.
