Welcome To The Rotary Club

of Alexandria, VA

We are now in our 82nd year.

On July 1, 2008, The Rotary Club of Alexandria was again honored with a new award. "Best Large Club in the District." It has been regarded as the premier service organization in the entire Northern Virginia area (District 7610) in addition we were awarded the Rotary International Presidential Citation along with the 2006-2007 Governor's Citation.

The Rotary Club of Alexandria has 140 members . We also have 7 Honorary members. Our annual contributions to area, national, and International organizations have exceeded $175,000.

Chartered in 1928, Alexandria Rotary has flourished because of such exemplary dedication to charitable and service groups in the area, plus informative and provocative programs at its weekly luncheon meetings.
